| General Information: Telephone assistance for general information will be available between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday beginning April 1, 2008 at 215-685-2736. Age: All participants must be 50 years of age or older as of May 12, 2008. Age categories will be in five-year increments for most competitive events. Awards: Medals will be awarded to first place finalists, and ribbons to second and third place finalists at the awards banquet held in June. Medals will be mailed to winners who cannot attend the banquet. Cancellations: The Senior Games Executive Committee reserves the right to modify rules and formats, change venue or cancel any event due to insufficient registration, inclement weather or unusual and extenuating circumstances beyond our control. In the event of venue change, event postponement or event cancellation, every effort will be made to contact entrants prior to the start of the Games. Refunds will be given if you are registered for only one event and that event is cancelled due to enclement weather or unusual and extenuating circumstances beyond our control. Final Rules Decision: The decision of the Sports and Athletics Director is FINAL. Registration: All registration forms and signed waivers must be received no later than April 28th, 2008.
